Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance provides a Paramedic Acute Visiting service (PAVs) across Coventry and Rugby. If you require a home visit to see yourself or someone who is unwell and at risk of needing to go to hospital, your GP surgery can book a Paramedic to come and visit you at home. The PAVs team work with your GP practice to ensure you are cared for within your own home.
The service is available to adults (18 years and over) who are registered with a GP practice within Coventry or Rugby and are unable attend their surgery. All patients are required to be triaged by a clinician prior to the visit being accepted by the service.
