CRGPA is led by a strong and experienced leadership structure that reflects our values as a clinically led, member owned organisation.
As a private limited company owned by local GP practices and operating on a not for profit basis, our governance is designed to ensure accountability, transparency and high quality decision‑making. Our board of directors brings together elected practice directors representing the voice of general practice and Independent non‑executive directors who provide objective challenge, specialist expertise and strategic oversight. Together, they ensure CRGPA remains focused on strengthening primary care and delivering value for our members and communities.
Our executive leadership team, led by the chief executive officer, is responsible for the day to day running of the organisation. The team oversees service delivery, workforce development, digital innovation, finance, quality and operational performance. Their role is to ensure that CRGPA delivers safe, effective and sustainable services that align with NHS priorities and respond to the needs of practices, PCNs and local partners.
This leadership model enables CRGPA to remain clinically grounded, community focused and agile able to innovate, collaborate and adapt as the health and care system evolves.
