Who We Are

Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance (CRGPA) is the GP federation for Coventry and Rugby, owned by our member practices. Since 2014, we have worked to strengthen primary care, improve patient access and build sustainable services for the future.

Our purpose is simple: to strengthen primary care for a stronger NHS.

We bring practices together to share services, solve problems collectively and support the delivery of high quality, resilient general practice. By working alongside GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) and wider system partners, we help general practice thrive through collaboration at scale. This includes developing the workforce, supporting digital transformation, enabling new models of care and delivering practical solutions that make a real difference to practices and the communities they serve.

As part of the evolving NHS landscape, we play an active role in supporting the development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams bringing together general practice, community services and local hospitals to provide more coordinated care. This joined up approach ensures that all patients, particularly those with complex needs, receive better, more holistic support.

We also champion Integrated Primary Care (IPC), helping practices and PCNs work together by sharing staff, digital tools and innovative ways of working. This creates more sustainable services for practices and improves access, continuity and outcomes for patients.
