Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance (CRGPA) is the GP federation for Coventry and Rugby, owned by our member practices. Since 2014, we have worked to strengthen primary care, improve patient access and develop sustainable services that support both practices and patients.
Our purpose is simple: to strengthen primary care for a stronger NHS.
As Coventry’s primary care at-scale provider, we bring practices together to share services, solve challenges collectively and deliver high-quality care at scale. Working alongside GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), commissioners and wider health and care partners, we help general practice remain resilient while supporting the changing needs of local communities.
We deliver a wide range of clinical and support services, develop and support the primary care workforce, enable digital transformation and create opportunities for collaboration across organisational boundaries. By working at scale, we help practices focus on delivering excellent patient care while benefiting from shared expertise, infrastructure and resources.
As the NHS continues to evolve, CRGPA is playing an increasingly important role in supporting neighbourhood health and integrated models of care. We are working closely with partners across Coventry and Warwickshire, including University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW), to help shape and deliver more joined-up services that provide patients with coordinated, accessible and person-centred care closer to home.
Through collaboration, innovation and strong partnerships, we remain committed to supporting our shareholder practices, strengthening primary care and delivering sustainable improvements for the communities we serve.
