This page includes a number of wellbeing related topics and advice, in hopes to make this a supportive and safe place for staff.
 
As we head in 2025 we wanted to remind staff of some of the well-being support available to them. There are local mental health & well-being hubs that have been set up for people who work in health and social care.

Below is the link to the MIND South Warwickshire and Worcester mental health resources portal where you can access support, resources and book into sessions that you might find useful.

Internal and external resources for speaking wp within CRGPA

A PowerPoint presentation containing a range of resources available for everyone to use for speaking up both internally and externally here at CRGPA. Feel free to download and share with your team.

There are also a range of online sources that are available for everyone to access which supports with mental health, stress and wellbeing inside and outside the work space.

Employee assistance line via VIVUP

Free for NHS staff that allows access to hundreds of discounts as well free advice and guidance for your mental health and wellbeing.

To register to VIUVP click the button below and Enter; Coventry and Warwickshire – General Practice, PCN, Federation and Alliance Staff (CWIPC) to proceed with registration.

Please note, to access the helpline features including telephone counselling support and 1:1 guidance you must be a registered member of VIVUP.

Training hub – Wellbeing round up

The Training Hub are providing news articles called “Wellness round up” with the aim to provide supportive information around mental health and well being. These articles can provide anything from helpful tips and tricks to useful links and events dates to help support you with any mental health and wellbeing needs.
